
Christ Church offers space available for one-time events such as wedding receptions, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, baptisms, repasts, meetings, conferences, conventions, seminars, workshops and day camps. Information about bookings for continuing meeting sessions is available on request. To ensure availability of space for your event, please book at least two weeks in advance.

The worship area is available for concerts, recitals, performances and weddings, with a minimum occupancy of two hours.
Reception space is available for rent following your event. Rates are available on request.
All performances, excluding weddings, must be covered by insurance.

Rates: Contact us to learn more (basic rate + on-site personnel + cleaning fee). Set-up assistance is available at an additional charge.
The adjacent kitchen is also available for rental for warming food and making coffee or tea. All supplies, dishes and cutlery must be supplied by persons renting the space.
The adjoining Board Room, with a capacity of 20, is also available for use for a minimum of 2 hours.

Booking Fees
Please submit payment at least one week prior to your event. Cheques should be made payable to Parish of Christ Church, Scarborough Village. A separate cheque in the amount of a refundable security deposit is also required.
Insurance
Proof of Insurance coverage is required for ALL events, when payment is submitted. If your group does not have coverage, it can be purchased through the Diocese at web site:
